Kforce, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Senior Engineering Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of a portfolio of hardware and software-enabled products.

This role is onsite five days a week and partners with electrical, mechanical, and embedded software teams. You will translate customer needs into MRDs and product specs, drive from concept through launch and end-of-life, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations on forecasting and go-to-market plans.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred; Business Administration, Marketing, or related field will also be considered
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with commercial electronics, electro-mechanical systems, connected devices, or other hardware-based products
• Experience managing products that combine both hardware and software
• Experience gathering customer and market requirements and developing MRDs and product requirements
• Strong experience with product definition, roadmaps, and full product lifecycle management
• Experience working directly with engineering organizations, ideally including Electrical, Mechanical, and Embedded Software teams
• Demonstrated experience taking products from concept and requirements definition through development, launch, commercialization, sustaining, and end-of-life
• Experience with market research, competitive analysis, commercialization planning, and product positioning
• Experience developing or supporting go-to-market strategies strongly preferred
• Experience within a manufacturing, electronics, or engineered-product environment preferred
• Strong business-case, financial, and analytical skills
• Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management abilities
• Experience with IoT, Bluetooth/BLE, connected devices, or interconnected hardware products is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Own the product roadmap and full lifecycle for hardware and software-enabled products, including NPI, pricing, refreshes, sunsetting and end-of-life
• Develop product strategies, business plans, and business cases for new opportunities
• Gather customer and market requirements and translate into MRDs, technical requirements, and specs
• Partner with Electrical, Mechanical, and Embedded Software Engineering to prioritize development and ensure requirements are met
• Drive product definition and roadmap development balancing customer needs, commercial objectives, technical feasibility, and UX
• Partner with Sales and Operations on forecasting, commercialization planning, and product launches
• Develop and support go-to-market strategies, product positioning, competitive analysis, and customer value propositions
