Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation seeks a Principal Hardware Security Architect to shape the security roadmap for next‑gen SoCs and GPUs and to drive architecture for security features across platforms.

You will lead threat modeling for advanced packaging, photonics, and interconnects, and spearhead AI-assisted vulnerability discovery while coordinating with cross‑functional teams to ensure secure IPs and implementations.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
• 15+ years of meaningful relevant work or research experience.
• Deep understanding of SoC security architecture and secure/measured boot.
• Experience with ASIC design processes and large SoCs/GPUs.
• Familiarity with industry security frameworks like OCP S.A.F.E.

Responsibilities

• Define Security Roadmap across hardware and software teams.
• Design mitigations against physical attacks and enforce standards.
• Develop threat models for advanced packaging, chiplets, and photonics.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate vulnerability discovery and triage.
• Review architectures and verification specs to ensure security alignment.
