Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in Python with strong debugging capabilities.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing hardware faults in test fixtures.
• Experience deploying automated test fixtures with robotics or motion control.
• Familiarity with Ansible or Puppet for configuration control.
• Shell scripting and networking knowledge.
• Strong communication and collaboration across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure hardware test fixtures following automation specifications including mechanical setup.
• Diagnose and repair hardware faults to restore operation quickly and independently.
• Set up and commission physical test fixtures incorporating robotics or motion control systems.
• Execute daily test protocols while monitoring system performance and accuracy.
• Debug electrical and mechanical component failures using systematic problem solving.
• Maintain lab operations and configuration management for test equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-location engineering teams to run experiments and validate results.
