EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer to operate and maintain hardware test fixtures in our Austin lab. You will deploy test systems, run daily protocols, and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components on consumer electronics used worldwide.

Collaboration with global teams and opportunities for growth are offered. Requirements include a BE/CE with Python proficiency, hands-on hardware debugging, and experience with robotics-enabled test setups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer, Software, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Python with strong debugging skills.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing hardware faults and electrical issues.
• Hands-on in deploying and commissioning hardware test fixtures with robotics or motion control systems.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure hardware test fixtures per automation specs.
• Diagnose and repair hardware faults to restore operation quickly.
• Set up test fixtures with robotics or motion control systems and calibrate them.
• Execute daily test protocols and monitor system performance for accuracy.
• Debug failures in electrical and mechanical components and troubleshoot systematically.
