AeroVironment is seeking a Senior Hardware Repair Technician in San Diego to serve as a technical lead for hardware repair, refurbishment, and return-material activities. You will diagnose, repair, test, and ensure units meet quality, performance, and customer requirements.

The role requires 5+ years of related experience, strong electronics and RF troubleshooting skills, and the ability to coordinate work with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams. On-site with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in electrical/mechanical disciplines.
• Minimum of five years related experience in hardware repair, debugging, or defect analysis.
• Experience as a senior technician or technical lead with responsibilities.
• Strong hand tools proficiency and electronics testing skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead hardware repair and warranty activities.
• Diagnose, repair, and test complex hardware assemblies.
• Coordinate repair priorities across teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality, ops).
• Mentor technicians and transfer knowledge.
• Maintain repair logs and documentation.
