Mach Industries Inc. is seeking an Engineering Program Manager in Huntington Beach to own vehicle program mechanics, schedule tracking, risk management, and cross‑functional coordination.

You will surface risks early, keep the Chief Engineer and department heads in sync, and ensure commitments align with the schedule. The role requires coordinating across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance while tracking costs and milestones such as SRR, CODR, PDR, and CDR.

Qualifications

• Experience in a program or project management role on a hardware, engineering, or technical product.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain schedule, risk, and dependency tracking used by technical leadership.
• Comfort surfacing bad news early and flagging schedule risk as soon as visible.
• Strong cross-functional coordination across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and finance.
• Clear written and verbal communication translating tracking detail into leadership status.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day program mechanics: schedule tracking, risk/issue register, review cadence, cross-functional coordination.
• Own how the program tracks and reports schedule, risk, dependencies, and KPIs.
• Own SRR, CODR, PDR, CDR timeline; ensure program tracking aligns with reviews.
• Track overall program cost and budget with Finance.
• Surface risk to Chief Engineer and Department Heads as soon as it appears in data.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Staffing.
• Provide consolidated status updates to leadership, Growth team, and customers.
• Coordinate with CDM to align customer commitments and internal tracking.
• Route scope changes to Department Heads for review before updating schedule.
• Elevate unresolved issues with data to enable escalation.
