Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Aerospace, Electrical, or Systems Engineering required.
• 7+ years leading complex engineering or technical programs as a Technical Program Manager or equivalent.
• Active risk management and opportunity management practices while balancing parallel paths against tradeoffs.
• Excellent communication, technical fluency, and program tracking instincts.
• Proven ability to lead and influence without direct management authority; cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of new product programs — from concept to production ramp.
• Review PRDs, Development Build Plans, and ensure alignment across technical and business teams.
• Build and drive detailed engineering program plans with schedules, resources, and risk mitigation.
• Develop detailed Gantt charts and leverage agile tools to drive planning and execution.
• Facilitate cross-functional design reviews (PDR/CDR/MRR) across mechanical, electrical, firmware, software, and manufacturing.
• Identify and manage interdependencies between engineering, supply chain, and external partners.
• Act as the primary point of contact for program status and escalation of risks.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from requirements to release.
• Own program-level visibility across multiple workstreams and critical-path activities.
• Drive DFMEA activities and continuous improvement in hardware development processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
