Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of hardware program management experience.
• Experience leading hardware products from early development through EVT, DVT, PVT, NPI, ramp and mass production.
• Knowledge of electronic hardware development including PCBs.

Aufgaben

• Lead complex connected-device programs from concept through EVT, DVT, PVT, NPI, ramp, production and post-launch.
• Own overall schedules, milestones, dependencies, engineering actions, risks, build plans, BOM readiness, and material planning.
• Drive cross‑functional execution across electrical hardware, firmware, RF, mechanical engineering, industrial design, client software, cloud, test, operations, and manufacturing teams.
• Partner with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and other stakeholders on product roadmap and development planning.
• Facilitate technical design reviews and engineering discussions, ensuring decisions, dependencies, risks, and actions are clearly understood and tracked.
• Identify technical and program risks early and drive mitigation plans through resolution.
• Challenge assumptions and escalates issues when necessary to protect product quality , schedule, cost, and business objects.
• Manage relationships and execution with ODMs, contract manufacturers and overseas engineering and manufacturing partners.
• Lead and coordinate engineering builds, including build readiness, materials, engineering samples, test plans, test reports, and sample distribution.
• Coordinate regulatory certification activities required for successful product launches.
• Participate in end-to-end functional, reliability, and performance testing.
• Track Alpha/Beta issues and drive cross-functional teams toward timely resolution.
• Support sustaining engineering and post-launch product activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve hardware-development processes, communication, and overall program execution.
