Job summary

ManpowerGroup’s Experis division seeks a Technical Program Manager - Hardware in Foster City, CA to lead cross-functional hardware/software integration for autonomous vehicle initiatives. You will define tasks, create roadmaps, and coordinate with suppliers to meet milestones, while communicating progress to stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years in hardware program management, a BS in engineering, and strong proficiency with JIRA and Gantt charts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Hardware Program Management or Engineering Management experience.
• BS degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA and Gantt charts.
• Experience working with contract manufacturers (CMs).
• Self-motivated and proactive problem-solver with excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Define tasks, resources, and timelines with cross-functional teams and suppliers to deliver programs on milestones.
• Develop a comprehensive program roadmap to communicate deliverables to stakeholders and hold teams accountable.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks within the program schedule for smooth execution.
• Set agendas for key decision meetings to remove bottlenecks and reduce risk.
• Establish standard reports to communicate program status, issues, risks, and accomplishments.
