Job summary

Formlabs, based in Somerville, MA, seeks a Senior Product Manager, Hardware to own the hardware strategy from concept to launch. You will partner with Engineering to define requirements, prioritize features, and shepherd products through development to shipping.

You will become the voice of the customer, deeply understanding users and markets, and shaping a coherent strategy across product lines to deliver impact.

Qualifications

• Hardware engineering or physics background.
• Experience shipping software-enabled hardware product to customers.
• Experience as a product founder or leading products in a startup environment.
• Data-driven decision making.
• Clear written and oral communication.
• Process oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify user needs and develop product requirements and roadmaps.
• Prioritize features and track product direction.
• Write clear, detailed product specifications.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams for efficient execution.
• Guide go-to-market and maintenance plans through launch.
• Monitor feedback and analytics to drive improvements.
• Develop deep understanding of customers, business, competitors, and tech.
