Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required with 5+ years related experience.
• Experience with overhead transmission conductors and hardware is highly preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel 25–50% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong technical relationships with hardware manufacturing partners.
• Lead hardware solution qualification including components and fittings.
• Coordinate prototypes, testing, and field trials; drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Review QA/QC requirements and factory acceptance testing for qualified hardware.
• Provide onsite engineering support during installations and field readiness.
