Job summary

Halo Industries is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to drive the development and deployment of our laser-based processing equipment. You will lead cross-functional teams across optical, mechanical, electrical, software engineering, NPI, quality, supply chain, production, and field deployment to execute the program roadmap.

You will own planning, risk management, and stakeholder communications, ensuring milestones, budgets, and trade-offs are managed to deliver production-ready systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, chemistry, or related technical field.
• 4+ years engineering experience, incl. 2+ years in technical PM for capital equipment or hardware.
• Experience leading 10+ multidisciplinary engineers, suppliers and partners.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence or similar PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day execution, manage dependencies, and resolve bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with optical, mechanical, electrical, software engineering, NPI, quality, supply chain, production and operations teams.
• Identify risks early, mitigate and escalate with owners for corrective actions.
• Provide clear project status, meeting minutes, milestone reviews, and decision requests to stakeholders.
• Define scope, milestones, budget estimates, resource needs, and deliverables; build the project schedule.
• Support readiness activities for manufacturing, operations, and field deployment.
