NVIDIA is hiring for an Operations NPI Product Development Engineering role in Santa Clara, CA. You will take datacenter server concepts through to high-volume production, coordinating across HW/FW/SW, QA, and manufacturing teams to ensure robust, scalable platforms.

You will define development plans, participate in DFX reviews, and drive improvements with data-driven analysis. Strong ownership and global collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 12+ years of relevant hardware experience.
• Experience with complex compute or networking hardware.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive manufacturing, test, and failure analysis/recovery for new datacenter servers.
• Collaborate with HW/FW/SW, manufacturing partners, and other operations teams.
• Develop and implement product development plans with DFX input and reviews.
