Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Engineering Technology or 5+ years of related experience
• 5+ years hardware assembly, system integration or engineering development programs
• 5+ years reading electrical schematics and drawings
• 2+ years circuit board rework (SMT/through-hole)
• 2+ years functional testing, troubleshooting, and hardware checkout

Responsibilities

• Support electrical and mechanical prototype and pre-production builds
• Fabricate and assemble cable harnesses, wiring, chassis, and subsystem hardware
• Interpret electrical schematics, drawings, diagrams, and interconnect documentation
• Perform system and subsystem integration using hand tools and equipment
• Execute fabrication, assembly, testing, checkout, and troubleshooting activities
• Perform circuit board rework including SMT/through-hole components
• Implement engineering changes and updates
• Identify build and manufacturability improvements and provide feedback to engineering
