Job summary

Acara Solutions is seeking a Senior Manufacturing / Production Operator for the Wired Chassis Area in Bloomington, MA. In this hands-on role, you will perform wiring, chassis assembly, cable integration, and final hardware build activities supporting complex, mission-critical technologies.

You will read schematics and BOMs, use hand tools and production equipment, and participate in testing, inspections, and refurbishment as needed.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
Experience in electronics manufacturing or electromechanical assembly is expected.
Ability to read schematics, BOMs and work instructions is essential.
Familiarity with hand tools and production equipment is required.
Experience using manufacturing tracking systems and quality procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assemble and integrate components into wired chassis systems using hand tools and production equipment.
Perform wiring, cable routing, cable harnessing, and component installation activities.
Read schematics, assembly drawings, work instructions, and BOMs.
Assemble subassemblies and integrate into final products with final assembly readiness.
Conduct basic electrical testing, inspections, troubleshooting, rework and refurbishment.
Maintain production records and ensure quality standards compliance.
