Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors in Electronics Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum five (5) years hardware engineering experience.
• U.S. Citizen and active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
• IPC CIS certifications (J-STD-001, IPC-A-610/620, and 7711/7721).

Responsibilities

• Assemble and solder components on PCBs per IPC standards.
• Perform electro-mechanical assembly and disassembly.
• Inspect and perform quality checks; document results.
• Collaborate with development team providing DFM/DFA feedback.
