Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in hardware design, power electronics, or embedded systems.
• Experience designing multi-layer PCBs with high-speed digital interfaces.
• Hands-on experience with high-speed Ethernet switch hardware.
• Experience in embedded microprocessor design including peripheral bus.

Responsibilities

• Architect BMC subsystems using microprocessors.
• Design and integrate communication buses for telemetry.
• Develop hardware watchdog circuits for fault recovery.
• Lead PCB design for switch line cards.
• Manage BOM procurement and vendor coordination.
