Job summary

Metrea Advanced Signals LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Hardware Engineer to own digital board designs from concept to production, combining board-level hardware design with FPGA development. Lead design reviews, mentor juniors, and promote best practices to deliver robust, scalable products in a security-cleared environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete design process from concept to production.
• Validate hardware and FPGA designs using lab equipment.
• Collaborate with manufacturing for design for manufacturability.
• Promote engineering best practices and maintain design documentation.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a high-performing team.
