Job summary

Highbrow LLC is seeking a Senior Hardware Development Engineer for Amazon Labs 126, with locations in Cupertino, Seattle, or Austin. The role requires extensive hardware design, PCB review, and cross-disciplinary collaboration to deliver robust server hardware for cloud/enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in hardware engineering, strong experience with Allegro and CAM350, and a proven ability to drive verification plans, test procedures, and cross-team collaboration

Qualifications

• 7+ years hardware engineering experience
• Review PCB designs with Allegro, CAM350 or equivalent
• Develop functional specs, design verification plans and test procedures
• 7+ years of experience with I2C, SPI, UART interfaces
• Interfacing with thermal, mechanical, firmware and software teams during product development

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with ECAD/board designer to review PCB designs
• Develop and refine functional specifications and verification plans
• Create and execute functional tests for hardware subsystems
• Interface with thermal, mechanical, firmware, and software teams during product development
• Support production readiness and design for manufacturability
