You will own end‑to‑end development from concept to production, focusing on high‑speed signaling, dense PCBs, and liquid‑cooling architectures. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of hands‑on hardware experience, FPGA skills, and strong SI/PI expertise, with a proven track record delivering production‑ready systems in fast‑paced environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on hardware/board design experience.
• Experience with high-speed 100G/200G signaling or similar interfaces.
• Strong SI/PI knowledge and practical application.
• Experience with liquid cooling systems and thermal management.
• Cross-functional collaboration across hardware, firmware, software, mechanical and manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hardware design lifecycle from concept to production.
• Lead design of high-density, high-power PCBs under strict constraints.
• Design systems with high-speed interconnects and 100G/200G signaling.
• Develop and review complex schematics, power architectures, clocks, and interfaces.
• Design FPGA solutions as needed and drive hardware/firmware integration.
• Perform SI/PI analysis and coordinate with thermal/mechanical teams.
