This full-time on-site role offers the independence of field work with the stability of a W2 position. You will perform carpentry, drywall, painting, tiling, plumbing and electrical tasks while coordinating with office staff as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of handyman, residential construction, or home remodeling experience.
• Strong experience across multiple trades including carpentry, drywall, painting, and tiling.
• Proficiency in drywall repair and mudding.
• Ability to perform minor plumbing and electrical work.
• Own a complete set of hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of residential handyman and home repair services.
• Complete carpentry, drywall repair, painting, tiling, and general maintenance tasks.
• Perform minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Diagnose repair issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and customers.
• Maintain accurate job notes, invoices, and updates through smartphone applications.
• Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards.
• Work independently while coordinating with office staff as needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and excellent customer service at all times.
