Ace Handyman Services Upstate South Carolina is seeking a highly motivated Carpenter with skills in multiple trades. You will operate as a Part-time or Full-time W2 employee, working from home but traveling to job sites in Greenville, Greer, Taylors, Simpsonville and nearby areas.

Your income will range from $25 to $30 per hour based on experience and skills. Benefits include paid holidays, paid vacation, performance bonuses, vehicle and tool allowance, company credit card, and regular pay

Qualifications

• Must own truck/van and provide own tools to perform all listed trades.

Responsibilities

• Take on jobs across Greenville, Greer, Taylors, Simpsonville and surrounding areas.
• Estimate and communicate project scope and costs.
• Perform minor electrical and plumbing work as needed.
• Maintain professional appearance and customer relations.
• Pass background check and drug screen.

If you are looking for a Part-time or Full-time W2 position that allows you the flexibility of an independent job, look no further! You will work out of your home on a full time or part-time basis, using your own truck or van to travel to job sites in Greenville, Greer, Taylors, Simpsonville to TR, Inman and surrounding areas.

Your potential income can range from $25 per hour to $30 per hour based on experience and skills.

Job Requirements

• Own truck or van
• Current and valid driver's license
• Own standard set of tools to perform all of the trades listed
• Strong customer communication skills
• Successful prior track record as a Carpenter / Craftsman; estimation skills and prior home inspection experience, strongly preferred
• Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing
• Residence within 15 miles of Greenville & Spartanburg Counties
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong documentation and invoicing skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
