Qualifications

• 5+ years of handyman, residential construction, or home remodeling experience.
• Strong experience across multiple trades including carpentry, drywall, painting, and tiling.
• Proficiency in drywall repair and mudding.
• Ability to perform minor plumbing and electrical work.
• Own a complete set of hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of residential handyman and home repair services.
• Complete carpentry, drywall repair, painting, tiling, and general maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

Must Have

• Proficiency in drywall repair and mudding
• Ability to perform minor plumbing and electrical work
• Own a complete set of hand and power tools required for the position
• Own a truck or van with valid insurance
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using smartphone applications for scheduling, documentation, and invoicing
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong communication and customer service skills
