Qualifications

• At least 10 years of hands-on experience in home maintenance, remodeling, or residential construction trades.
• Proficiency in multiple trades, with strong skills in carpentry, drywall repair, painting, door/window installation, and basic plumbing and electrical.
• A reliable, work-appropriate vehicle capable of carrying tools and materials.
• Your own comprehensive set of hand and power tools to complete general home repairs.
• A valid driver's license, active auto insurance, and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with customers at their homes.

What Success Looks Like

In this role, you will work independently or in a small team on a variety of small-to-medium residential and light commercial projects throughout the Ann Arbor area. Your success will be measured by the quality of your work, your efficiency, and the trust you build with our customers.

Your Day-to-Day

What You Bring to the Role

Must-Have Requirements

At least 10 years of hands-on experience in home maintenance, remodeling, or residential construction trades.

Proficiency in multiple trades, with strong skills in carpentry, drywall repair, painting, door/window installation, and basic plumbing and electrical.

A reliable, work-appropriate truck, van, or SUV capable of carrying tools and materials.

Your own comprehensive set of hand and power tools to complete general home repairs.

Strong communication skills and a professional, respectful demeanor when interacting with customers in their homes.

Nice-to-Haves
