Job summary

Ace Handyman Services- Midlothian is seeking an experienced tradesperson to perform a range of home repairs with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. You will work daytime hours, drive to local homes, and perform carpentry, drywall, tiling, and light plumbing or electrical tasks.

Expect clear communication with clients and a clean, safe work site. We provide marketing, scheduling, and billing support so you can focus on skilled repair work.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of paid experience in home maintenance, remodeling, or general trades.
• Own set of standard hand and power tools for carpentry, drywall, and repair work.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, presentable work vehicle (truck, van, or SUV).
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Strong communication and a friendly, professional customer-service approach.

Responsibilities

What Success Looks Like

In this role, success is measured by the quality of your craft and the satisfaction of the homeowners you help. Here is what you can expect:

• Daily: You will review your scheduled jobs on a company-provided app, drive to local residences, assess the projects, and perform a variety of light carpentry, drywall, tiling, and minor plumbing or electrical tasks. You will communicate clearly with customers about the progress of their repairs and clean up the work area before leaving.
• Over Time: You will build strong relationships with local homeowners, many of whom request their favorite craftsmen by name. You will work efficiently, manage your materials wisely, and contribute to a supportive team culture where quality work is recognized and celebrated.

What You Bring to the Role
