Qualifications

• Masters degree and accredited PT/OT program completed.
• Active state OT/PT licensure required.
• CHT preferred; hand experience with pursuit of CHT considered.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience.
• Computer skills including MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide hand therapy services and fabricate static/dynamic splints.
• Conduct evaluations, treatments, and goal setting for patients.
• Supervise aides and students in direct patient care.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and rehab team to optimize care plans.
• Ensure compliant documentation and billing.
