Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current NJ state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• AHA CPR/AED certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs clinical care management in upper extremity and hand therapy.
• Promotes growth of program services and staff development.
• Communicates effectively at multiple levels.
• Participates in community education and marketing activities.
• Develops and promotes services within the organization.
• Mentors staff through internal and external in-service education.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred; neuro and orthopedics preferred.
• Interest in Hand Therapy.
