Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• State OT license required.
• 3–5 years OT experience preferred, residential/assisted living or skilled nursing facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities to determine therapy interventions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing OT services including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, functional training, and modalities.
• Supervise and mentor other occupational therapists.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and social workers to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and treatment plans.
• Participate in professional development and program improvement initiatives.
