Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in gummy and soft chew formulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize gummy and soft chew formulations from benchtop to pilot trials.
• Lead scale-up and technology transfer from R&D to full commercial manufacturing.
• Establish and optimize equipment parameters for cooking, mixing, depositing, cooling, and packaging.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement improvements to boost quality, yields, and cost-efficiency.
• Ensure development processes comply with FDA, cGMP, NSF, and Prop 65 standards.
