Job summary

HDI Global Insurance Company seeks a Guidewire Policy Center Developer to automate business processes and deliver technology solutions. You will analyze data, provide recommendations, and collaborate across teams to drive efficiency and profitability.

The role requires strong analytical and technical skills, experience with Guidewire, and the ability to manage projects through the full development lifecycle. Base salary is competitive with annual bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Guidewire Policy Center development.
• Proficiency in Java and/or C#, Gosu, and XML.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
• Experience with BI, data warehousing, and enterprise integration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Guidewire Policy Center solutions to automate processes.
• Develop and maintain Guidewire Policy Center applications and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise on system design, data modeling, and architecture.
• Participate in full development lifecycle from MVP to deployment.
• Analyze data to develop recommendations and actionable insights.
• Work both independently and in project teams; ensure quality and performance.
