Responsibilities

• Serves as the technical lead for the Guidewire CLPC platform, providing guidance for complex solutions.
• Leads solution design, technical reviews, and engineering decisions for scalable architectures.
• Partners with architects and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Drives platform reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Leads root cause analysis and implements long-term corrective actions.
• Identifies opportunities to reduce technical debt and improve platform health.
• Establishes engineering standards and development best practices across the platform.
• Provides mentorship and coaching to engineers through reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Evaluates emerging technologies to improve engineering effectiveness.
