Job summary

EY is seeking a senior leader to drive end-to-end Guidewire delivery across multiple client engagements, shaping architectures and accelerators, and mentoring teams in a hybrid work model.

You will partner with C-suite stakeholders, develop reusable assets for Guidewire Marketplace, manage budgets and delivery across geographies, travel 50-75%, and contribute to EY's risk-aware, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or related field with 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing large, multi‑workstream Guidewire or digital transformation programs, including budget, delivery, and people accountability.
• Experience with Guidewire, JUTRO, REACT JS, Angular, Webservices and related tools.
• Proficiency in Guidewire InsuranceSuite, Marketplace assets, architecture, data mapping, and full lifecycle delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, multi‑release Guidewire programs across multiple client engagements – from inception through hypercare.
• Define and own target‑state architectures integrating Guidewire apps, digital portals, rating, CRM, data, and financial systems.
• Establish non‑functional requirements, performance engineering strategies, and oversee data conversion, migration, reporting, and analytics design across channels.
