Responsibilities

1. Gather Business Requirements: Collaborate with business users to document needs and translate them into actionable requirements for Guidewire applications.
2. Liaison Role: Act as the bridge between business and technical teams to ensure effective communication and project success.
3. Conduct Gap Analysis: Assess current systems, identify gaps, and recommend solutions to improve business operations.
4. Design & Testing: Contribute to designing, configuring, and testing Guidewire systems to meet business needs.
5. Facilitate Workshops: Lead workshops and produce clear documentation, including use cases and user stories.
6. User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Support UAT and training to ensure end-user readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry with knowledge of Guidewire applications.
• Familiarity with Guidewire systems (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter) and effective documentation skills.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Skills

• Guidewire certifications are highly desirable.
• Strong facilitation and documentation skills, with the ability to create clear use cases and user stories.
• Experience supporting UAT and delivering user training.
