Breckenridge Grand Vacations, LLC invites applications for a Guest Services Manager at the Grand Colorado on Peak 8. Lead the front desk and activities teams, manage night audit and bell operations, and drive guest satisfaction within a fast-paced mountain resort setting.

You will mentor up to 18 staff, develop scheduling and training, and own budgeting, vendor relations, and owner feedback processes, all while upholding our hospitality standards and safety policies.

Qualifikationen

• Equivalent combination of education and 3+ years of related experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• English language proficiency required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; basic office tech skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily operations of Front Desk, Activities, Night Audit, and Bell departments.
• Supervise and develop up to 18 staff; manage recruitment, training, scheduling, and reviews.
• Foster a positive work environment and guide staff to problem-solve and deliver service excellence.
• Maintain training to drive results and improve staff performance.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping and Engineering on room moves and special requests.
• Oversee budgets, vendor relationships, and owner feedback resolution.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
