Job summary

Guest House of Milwaukee, Inc. in Milwaukee is seeking a Guest Services II to join the 11pm–7am shift. This role supports shelter operations, responds to guest needs, maintains a trauma-informed, safe environment, and assists with admissions and daily documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One year of shelter, residential, or human services experience is preferred.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with minimal supervision.
• Experience with trauma-informed practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Model trauma-informed interactions with guests and visitors.
• Identify patterns or concerns needing intervention.
• Enforce residence rules and assist with admissions procedures.
• Conduct safety checks and respond to emergencies.
• Complete documentation accurately and support staff.
