Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel brand standards.
• Make beds and replace sheets, pillowcases, towels, and other linens.
• Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and maintain clean, organized rooms.
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, mirrors, and floors.
• Replenish toiletries, towels, coffee supplies, cups, and other guest amenities.
• Ensure guest rooms are properly stocked, organized, and ready for arriving guests.
• Clean and maintain guest-accessible areas, including the lobby, hallways, elevators, fitness center, laundry areas, and other common spaces.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests for additional towels, pillows, amenities, and other supplies.
• Report maintenance concerns, damaged items, or needed repairs to the appropriate department.
• Follow established safety, sanitation, and security procedures.
• Properly handle cleaning chemicals and operate housekeeping equipment safely.
• Assist with laundry duties as needed, including sorting, washing, folding, and stocking linens.
• Work closely with front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, and other hotel associates to support smooth daily operations.
• Demonstrate Western States Lodging & Management hospitality and service standards in every guest interaction.
