The State of Florida is seeking a Senior Attorney for the Statewide Guardian ad Litem Office. In this role, you will be responsible for providing independent legal representation to children in dependency court proceedings. The position offers the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule after successful onboarding.

Applicants must have graduated from an accredited law school and be a member of the Florida Bar. This position emphasizes strong legal knowledge, advocacy skills, and effective communication under challenging circumstances.

Qualificações

• Possession of legal skills and knowledge sufficient to represent children.
• Ability to advocate effectively in court for the child.
• Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License.

Responsabilidades

• Represent children in court and negotiate on their behalf.
• Review case files, conduct investigations, and develop legal strategies.
• Work under the supervision of the Managing Attorney.
