We are looking for a Senior GTS Functional Lead to support the implementation of SAP Global Trade Services (GTS). This high-impact role will focus on optimizing global trade systems to support cross-border operations and ensure international compliance. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in SAP GTS, deep knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, and prior experience with E4H. Additionally, this individual will act as the go-to expert for all GTS- related initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Work with cross-functional teams to gather complex business requirements, acting not just as a technician but as a strategic partner to the business.
• Serve as a proactive thought partner—someone who can challenge assumptions, think critically, and propose smarter solutions that align with the true business need.
• Drive collaboration across departments to understand and translate business needs into scalable SAP GTS solutions.
• Design and configure SAP GTS modules, bringing hands-on expertise and strategic insight to ensure a smooth and effective implementation.
• Work with the development team on enhancements and technical changes
• Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation (e.g., Functional Design Documents, Technical Design Documents) to support system changes and enhancements.
  

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience with SAP implementations.
• 2+ years experience with SAP GTS module and/or SAP GTS Edition for HANA (E4H).
• Experience designing functional and technical design documents for SAP solutions
• Experience with the following Integration Protocols;
  • IDOCS
  • CSV
  • CXML
  • ODATA
  • RFC calls
• Knowledgeable in Enterprise Integration Patterns and their application within SAP-centric ecosystems.
• Familiar with ABAP development
• Skilled in defining and executing integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) for SAP GTS implementations and enhancements.
