About The Role

As a STARLIMS Projects Functional and Technical Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and delivering STARLIMS projects. You will be responsible for conducting requirements analysis and ensuring successful project execution. Your expertise will be vital in collaborating with managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

What You Need To Have To Be Considered

• 10+ years of experience in implementing STARLIMS Projects with functional and technical knowledge of STARLIMS
• Extensive knowledge and work experience in STARLIMS v11 & v12
• Experience in performing gap assessment and fitment analysis of use cases/business cases into STARLIMS
• Ability to provide STARLIMS product consultancy to business and functional SMEs
• Ability to devise and maintain STARLIMS Application roadmap and strategies with a focus on technical and functional scalability
• Knowledge and work experience on STARLIMS Upgrade from v11 to v12
• Experience in developing and maintaining STARLIMS on PaaS solutions (AWS is desirable)
• Ability to translate functional specifications and user stories into detailed design specifications
• Extensive development experience in STARLIMS v11 & v12
• Knowledge and work experience on SSLs, Server Scripts, XFD Framework, JSCRIP.NET, HTML 5
• Experience with Sencha Framework and STARLIMS DCUs REST APIs
• Knowledge and work experience in instrument integration with STARLIMS using middleware and protocols (e.g., HL7)
• Extensive understanding of STARLIMS Data Model
• Experience and knowledge in PL-SQL, with the ability to build and maintain complex queries and stored procedures
• Experience in maintaining STARLIMS system incident and problem management
• Experience in leading a team of technical and functional resources
• Experience in agile-based deliveries
• Experience in conducting end-user training
• Ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to STARLIMS developers and Support Analysts

Salary And Other Compensation

Applications will be accepted until July 11th, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $67,000 - $125,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
