We’re seeking a Senior Techno-Functional Lead with a unique blend of leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and functional knowledge across SAP finance and logistics modules. This contract role is designed for someone who can guide teams strategically while being engaged in the details of SAP FICO, MM, and related modules.

Location: 100% remote; candidates must be based in North America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams on SAP projects, providing guidance and strategic insights across FICO and logistics modules.
• Act as a hands-on expert in SAP configuration, leveraging your techno-functional background to solve integration and optimization challenges.
• Drive financial and operational solutions by applying your finance and accounting expertise within the SAP environment, ensuring compliance and alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate closely with IT and business stakeholders, translating technical requirements into actionable solutions that bridge finance and logistics processes.
• Provide leadership across project lifecycles, from planning and configuration to post-implementation support, ensuring smooth integration and system functionality.
• Mentor team members, sharing your hands-on experience and deep understanding of SAP to foster growth and knowledge across the team.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in SAP, with expertise in FICO and a solid grounding in MM, SD, and other logistics modules.
• A techno-functional background that combines hands-on SAP configuration with technical know-how, ideally including some ABAP understanding.
• Strong finance and accounting knowledge, with the ability to design and manage financial processes within SAP.
• Proven leadership skills, with experience in leading teams and engaging diverse stakeholders, from technical staff to executives.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex SAP concepts to both technical and business audiences.
• Ability to manage projects and work independently in a remote environment, balancing multiple priorities.
