The role emphasizes 50% pursuits/solutioning, 25% Adobe alliance and account growth, 15% building offerings and accelerators, and 10% leading a team.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in technology, including 5+ years owning revenue or pipeline numbers.
• Experience owning/heavily influencing pursuits at $1M+ and comfortable with $10M+ program scale.
• Deep Adobe Experience Cloud knowledge to shape a solution and client architecture discussions.
• Experience building and directing agentic AI tooling for RFPs and demos.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and executive stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical solutioning on enterprise pursuits: architecture narrative, effort estimation, staffing shape, scope definition, pricing input.
• Own the pitch and defend the approach with client executives alongside creative/strategy leads.
• Expand engagements through consulting-led growth and by writing productized offerings and accelerators.
• Drive co-sell motions and build relationships to generate referral flow before RFPs.
• Hire, lead and grow a US-wide team of solution architects and pre-sales specialists.
