Job summary

Cursor is expanding its GTM analytics function in New York to deliver data-driven decisions for revenue growth. As the most senior IC on the GTM Analytics team, you will own the GTM data models and pipelines that drive analysis, and build a trustworthy semantic layer leadership can rely on to understand pipeline, conversion, and retention.

You will define AI-first data interactions, ensure consistency with GTM Apps and RevOps, and partner with product Data and Enterprise Engineering to provide

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills and ability to analyze large, complex datasets.
• Experience building production data pipelines and data models.
• Experience with forecasting or quota/capacity modeling.
• Ability to operationalize metrics for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical judgment from big-picture to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM data models and pipelines, ensuring high quality and a safe semantic layer.
• Run deep-dive analyses on revenue drivers like funnel, segment performance, and rep productivity.
• Forecasting, quota, and capacity models development and validation.
• Define AI-first data interactions and govern dashboards and apps.
• Collaborate with product Data and Enterprise Engineering to align pipelines and definitions.
