Tallgrass is seeking an Operations Supervisor at the Cheyenne Energy Center to lead the on‑site operations team, ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant performance of GT/CCGT units. Emphasis on adherence to SOPs, LOTO, and environmental regulations while maintaining peak generation and reliability.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with Emerson Ovation DCS, and collaboration with Maintenance, Engineering, Reliability, and Contractor personnel to execute planned work safely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in engineering or related field; or 5+ years of power plant ops in lieu of degree.
• Strong leadership and risk management abilities; experience with GT/CCGT operations preferred.
• Proven knowledge of LOTO, SOPs, and OSHA/environmental compliance.

Responsabilités

• Lead control room and operations staff to ensure safe, reliable generation.
• Oversee plant startups, shutdowns, and load changes per procedures.
• Monitor DCS, logs, and KPIs; drive continuous improvement and incident investigations.
