Job summary

Tallgrass Energy Center seeks an E&I/C Maintenance Supervisor to lead electrical instrumentation and controls maintenance for a large-scale, off-grid power campus. You will oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance while coordinating outages with Operations and contractors, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

Responsibilities include managing MV/LV distribution, protection, instrumentation (including CEMS), and Ovation DCS, with strict adherence to NEC/NFPA and regulatory

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years E&I/C maintenance experience in large-scale power generation or heavy industrial operations.
• 3+ years supervisory or leadership experience.
• Proficiency in Maximo CMMS and Emerson Ovation DCS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise E&I/C maintenance teams and contractors; ensure OSHA, NFPA, and Tallgrass safety requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement using RCM, RCFA, Lean methodologies, and reliability analytics.
• Supervise E&I/C technicians and contractors; enforce safety standards.
• Lead maintenance of MV/LV switchgear, relays, transformers, UPS systems, batteries, and grounding systems.
• Coordinate protection system testing, calibration, and breaker maintenance.
• Oversee Ovation DCS maintenance, logic updates, cybersecurity coordination, alarm management, and system documentation.
