Job summary

Atos is seeking a Tier 3 GSOC Engineer in Florida to provide top-level support for complex global networks. The role focuses on data center infrastructure, F5 and Cisco load balancing technologies, and includes mentoring Tier 2 staff.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, strong communication skills, and expertise in networking and application architecture. Qualifications

• Experience with WAN technologies including Riverbed Steelhead, BGP, EIGRP.
• Expert level knowledge of TCP/IP network routing and switching.
• Ability to communicate effectively and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the intake arm of the GSOC to ensure new systems are monitorable and supportable.
• Mentor Tier 2 staff on event handling and response.
• Assist with resolving major impact incidents.
