Rubrik, the Security and AI Operations Company, seeks a senior GSI partnership leader to own Cognizant and TCS alliances across the Americas. You will drive pipeline, bookings, and co-sell motions with executive-level partners and Rubrik's field teams.

This role requires building quarterly business plans, managing executive relationships, and accelerating joint adoption of Rubrik’s portfolio. You will travel 50%+ and report to senior leadership, shaping strategic enablement and successful GTM

Qualifications

• Proven track record partnering with Cognizant and/or TCS at national/global level.
• Experience running GSI executive meetings from day one.
• Ability to drive new logo generation and joint pipeline.

Responsabilités

• Establish and run senior GSI meetings with Cognizant and TCS execs, including QBRs.
• Act as conduit between Rubrik field and GSI partners for new logo generation and pipeline.
• Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline via co-sell motions and mapping.
• Accelerate partner adoption of Rubrik’s product portfolio and track certifications.
• Represent Rubrik's and partner value propositions to customers and leadership.
• Identify top accounts and coordinate with Rubrik sales for opportunities.
• Define partner sales processes and forecasting paths.
• Build an ecosystem with OEMs and ISVs (e.g., Microsoft, AWS).
• Own partner cost model and incentives to favor Rubrik in partner portfolios.
• Coach account teams on partner interactions and win themes.
• Report on partner pipeline, bookings, enablement, and program health.
