Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong data-driven decision making and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of strategic business plans for Walmart+ Acquisition; set priorities and remove obstacles.
• Evaluate programs with stakeholders to optimize effectiveness and growth.
• Identify new growth opportunities and design experiments to test them.
• Oversee acquisition growth health by analyzing data, benchmarking, and implementing solutions.
• Communicate strategy and KPIs to senior management and cross-functional teams.
