Job summary

Cetera Financial Group is seeking a Senior Growth Strategy Analyst in Dallas to aggregate data, build advanced financial models, and deliver insights that drive growth initiatives and operational efficiencies. You will work at the intersection of business strategy and modern data/AI tooling, leveraging Snowflake, Claude, and Copilot Studio to scale how leaders consume data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, computer science, data analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics with the ability to write intermediate-to-advanced SQL for aggregating and automating custom datasets and analytics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience building financial models in Excel, including advanced functions, dynamic arrays, Power Query, and scenario modeling.
• Hands-on experience developing semantic views/models (Snowflake Cortex Analyst, dbt semantic layer, or equivalent) and a working understanding of data mesh principles (domain ownership, data products, federated governance).
• Experience building or prototyping agentic AI solutions — e.g., Snowflake Cortex Agents, Claude-based assistants, or Microsoft Copilot Studio agents — including prompt design and grounding agents on governed data.
• Intermediate experience with visualization/reporting tools such as Tableau and Snowflake’s Streamlit.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and building custom reporting solutions.
• Familiarity with Airtable and emerging AI platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business outcomes into data/reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Aggregate data from disparate sources to produce analytics and insights for senior leaders.
• Design, build, and maintain Snowflake semantic views/models for Growth Operations metrics.
• Develop agentic analytics solutions in Snowflake using Cortex Analyst/Search/Agents.
• Build Claude and Copilot Studio agents integrated with Snowflake/Salesforce for automated reporting.
• Define data products and governance within Growth domain as part of data mesh architecture.
• Build advanced financial models in Excel to support strategic decisions.
• Translate business questions into data requirements and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Create dashboards and reports (Tableau, Streamlit) to visualize results and forecasts.
• Automate data collection/reporting using Snowflake Tasks/Streams, Alteryx, and AI orchestration.
• Lead special projects from ideation to executive delivery.
