Sensi.AI is redefining care through its Care Intelligence platform, deployed widely to support aging at home. We seek an experienced Growth Product Manager to own the growth strategy across the product portfolio, drive activation and expansion, and shape pricing and packaging decisions.

You will partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to create a cohesive, scalable growth plan that delivers measurable value for customers and the business.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management with growth ownership in B2B SaaS.
• Proven impact on activation, adoption, conversion, expansion or retention.
• Deep knowledge of PLG, self-service journeys, pricing and packaging.
• Strong strategic and commercial thinking with data-driven decisions.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Own Define Sensi's cross-product growth strategy and roadmap to increase adoption, expansion, retention, and customer lifetime value.
• Improve the end-to-end customer journey from onboarding through cross-sell and expansion to accelerate value realization.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities using customer insights and product data.
• Lead self-service and PLG initiatives, including entry offerings, upgrades, pricing and packaging, and sales handoffs.
• Launch, measure, and optimize growth initiatives tied to measurable business outcomes.
• Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, Sales, and CS to align growth priorities and metrics.
