Qualifications

5+ years of experience designing consumer web and/or mobile products at scale.
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered product thinking and polished visual craft.
Experience utilizing AI-powered design tools and generative workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead design strategy across high-leverage growth surfaces to drive activation and retention.
Translate growth strategy into experience direction with Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
Use qualitative and quantitative insights to identify opportunities and iterate on experiments.
Contribute to Yahoo Mail’s design system with growth-related patterns.
Mentor designers and facilitate critiques to align on strategic direction.
Identify and implement AI-driven efficiencies in ideation and design workflows.
